When you engage 3B Projects each client gets access to my knowledge, experience, advice, and contacts within the industry. We ultimately want to provide each client services that exceed expectations based on our 3 principals or bases Planning, Management and Delivery. It is also important to keep our core values, communication, fairness, quality, and delivery at the forefront of everything we do.

I’ve been in construction for 20 years with the first 10 spent on site from labourer to site manager and the last ten years I honed my skills so I could cover all the construction bases by obtaining a double diploma in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. Once acquired I put my skills to good use working as a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager for a construction company up until late 2019.

It became apparent early on that my time spent on site was going to be invaluable as it gave me an edge to be able to understand a project not only from a cost and timeframe point of view but also from a builders, sub-contractors and suppliers perspective. With all my knowledge and experience together, I can convey a project and give confidence to my clients and or those simply seeking some guidance and direction.

Essentially 3B Projects was created out of industry demand and the necessity for builders, contractors and clients alike to be able to call upon an independent resource who understands construction as a whole and gives every project, no matter the size the same approach and diligence it deserves, this is reflected in the service and final product.
