Once the planning and direction of the project is established it comes time to manage the works and ensure that the project runs smoothly and all involved are up to date with all the correct information required to complete efficiently. Managing the project may include:

  • Facilitating and co-ordination of consultants, builders, and contractors
  • Tender and claim evaluations
  • Contract administration and variation assessment
  • Reporting and forecasting

Deliver the project beyond expectation.

Delivery of a project is the final base and is where and how the project is completed and handed over to the client. It is a combination of both the planning and management bases. Delivery of the project includes:

  • Handover of work engaged to complete
  • Quality and confidence in the project
  • Within the timeframes set out
  • On or below final budget and or agreed cost
  • Facilitating completion documents and warranties from contractors
  • Delivering results with no loose ends
  • Continued support as required

  • Initial no obligation advice on potential projects and procedure (this is generally aimed at homeowners undertaking projects who have little or no industry knowledge. The goal is to advise people of their requirements while protecting them from the industry and unforeseen elements).
